Michael Jackson’s Mother and Ex-Wife Talk Custody

Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson have finally come to an agreement regarding Michael Jackson’s children. According to the agreement, the late singer’s mother is granted sole custody of the children and that Debbie shall exercise visitation rights with Prince and Paris, the timing of which shall be scheduled to the best interest of the kids and determined by a jointly selected and jointly funded child psychologist. Also, Debbie will continue to receive spousal support payments. It’s all about the money after all. That was a fairly drama free agreement. It makes you wonder why it had to take so long to come to a decision.

No Deal Made in Custody of Michael Jackson’s Kids

There has been no decision yet to be made over the custody of Michael Jackson’s three children. Reports had previously surfaced that Debbie Rowe, the King of Pop’s former wife who acted as a surrogate for the two eldest kids, had accepted millions of dollars to disappear from their lives. However, Debbie’s attorney, Eric George, is claiming that it’s not true. Why is it taking so long for someone to decide? Why can’t they just fulfil the late singer’s wishes? It was stated in his will that he wanted his mother Katherine Jackson to take care of his kids so they should just follow that.
