Oasis has new bodyguards
The British band is pumping up security recently at Noel Gallagher’s behest given his rather unpleasant experiences with being attacked during a show in Canada last year. To prevent some such other events, Oasis has hired former SAS soldiers as bodyguards. A source said the following, speaking in relation to Noel Gallagher’s accident: “So he told the others he wanted extra security – of course, they agreed – after all it could have been any of them. When he heard a couple of the guys brought in to try out as security were ex-SAS, he knew he was in safe hands. They left the service a while ago but their killer training never leaves them.” That sounds promising… now nobody will get near Oasis anymore… perhaps not even their fans for an autograph or two.
