Charlotte Church recently revealed that she will be releasing a new album called ‘Back to Scratch’ on November 1 and she says that it’s an entirely different sound from her last album, 2005’s ‘Tissues and Issues’. The singer said “This new album has been quite a long time in the making. The decision to come back to work after I had babies was a bit scary, but music and singing is what I do and I don’t think I’ll ever lose my passion for it. I’ve been experimenting and trying to create a new and different sound. But also one which goes with my voice. I’m a little bit nervous because it is quite different. But it’s not too far away from what I used to do -my classical voice is still there.” Are you ready for new music from Charlotte?

It’s finally happened for Charlotte Church! After giving birth to two of his babies, Welsh rugby player Gavin Henson has proposed to his longtime singer girlfriend. The couple has been together since 2005 and has two kids, Ruby and Dexter. Gavin proposed to Charlotte after a romantic helicopter ride to Cornwall and proposed on one knee in a restaurant. He said “We’ve had good times and hard times, but it’s mostly been good times and I think we’re meant to be together now for the rest of our lives.” Charlotte also revealed that they want to get married on an island hideaway with their kids in the wedding. The singer has recently come very close to ending her relationship with Gavin Henson due to her very fiery temper. A source related the following about Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson’s conflicts: “It’s been a tough few weeks because Gavin has been really down with injuries and is low. Charlotte meanwhile, has two young children to care for and with Gavin at home a lot more, tensions have been running high. A recent row culminated in Charlotte ordering Gavin to pack his bags and move out. She’d simply had enough.” Now, now, doesn’t Charlotte Church know that it’s not right to kick a man when he’s down? Especially since Gavin Henson might very well kick back later. And what’s with the temper? Too much cool-aid lately?
