Sandra Bullock makes surprise appearance at Nashville Rising concert
Sandra Bullock surprised concertgoers when she made an appearance on stage at the Nashville Rising event.
The concert was being held to raise money after the area was hit by floods earlier this year.
Bullock, 45, appeared on stage to introduce Faith Hill, her Blind Side co-star Tim McGraw’s wife.
According to the Tennessean, she said to the crowd: “They say a community is only as strong as its weakest link. And from where I stand, I see no weak links.”
The Oscar-winning actress admitted she didn’t think twice about taking part in the benefit concert.
At first, she said she thought: “I’ll have a wardrobe malfunction or do something interesting. But when they told me how much you all contributed, I realised I had to do more than be funny.
“So, I’m going to contribute some music and do it Nashville style.”
